Garage update

Joe signed the contract yesterday for the garage/workshop. It will be 24 x 30. White and gray is the colors he has chosen. I "think" he said they will come on the 10th to start. So between when we close and then he has to get the old garage that is barely standing (scarier then the house LOL) down and gone. I need to look at the wood as I am wondering if maybe our neighbors who sell all sorts of Texas suveniors and such need the wood. Maybe they can figure something out :-) Guess it all depends on how good of condition the wood is in.

Our realtor's office for this house just called. His wife is stopping by in an hour or so to put up flyers on the sign. She has to pick up some paperwork too from me. Darn I was thinking they may of had someone to look the house when she called LOL Maybe this weekend :-)

I think my goal for this weekend is to get a light fixture for the second bathroom. I keep looking at them but just do not know what I want. Well I have an idea but nothing I have seen jumps out and grabs me. I need a sink too for in there. I saw a petite one but have not showed it to Joe. It would give us a few more inches in the room but wonder if we should just go with a regular size one instead. Ack I have no idea LOL Hm do I want 2 or 3 bulbs??? Of course the 2 light one I cannot get on line which would of been nice instead of going to a million different Home Depots looking for one LOL
