Fun in the mud (for Joe LOL)

Joe was working on putting new sewer pipes in today. Fun fun! There was water coming from somewhere and kept making it muddier and muddier. It was like quick sand in some areas LOL

I sprayed some grout sealer on the tub tile this AM. I need to go in and do it again. I am hoping there is enough in there for one more coat. Did a tiny bit of trim painting but need to get motivated and get it ALL done then to clean the floor up real good. Maybe Friday or so we can put the new ceiling up unless we decide to work on something else that we have started. LOL So many projects started.

Last night we worked a tad bit on scrapping the trim in the family room more. A few hours more then we will sand it :-)

Window guy comes tomorrow supposedly at 3. The sheetrock guy never did show up and when Joe was at Alamo Lumber or whatever it is called here in town he picked up some peoples business cards that are local. He will call and get some quotes I guess from them.
