Well I did not do too good with taken pictures last night. I guess my camera was set on the wrong setting :-( I will try again today. 
Joe got under the house last night for a bit and was cutting the OLD pipes out. Hm that might be a good sign he is going to work on the bathroom again. He has the pipes to redo all the plumbing.

LOL Wonder what Mrs Nixon is irratated with now??? Right now she is out mowing her lawn. She mows it two times a week (Thurs and Sun) no matter what! 
Look what Brice did to poor Little Buddy. Tied him all up with his long leash.
